The Rivard Teahen Wheatley Group is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time and using our resources. We've engaged with several outstanding organizations, some of which are listed below.

Traverse Area Community Sailing

Both Kurt and Jon, especially, are passionate about sailing. We’ve supported TACS for a long time, to help kids learn to sail!

Rebecca serves as a committee member for Generations Ahead, supporting teen parents and their children. In 2025, Generations Ahead was awarded Baird’s Paul Purcell “Kids Win” grant!

Baird Gives Back

Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually in the spring, to serve local community organizations that are in need of help. In 2024, associates donated nearly 6,500 volunteer hours to help support non-profit organizations and individuals across the firm’s global footprint.
